Working on an "About Us" section for the website.  Although I didn't look at a single "About Us" section when choosing a photographer for our own purposes, it's necessary I guess.  I hate it so far--need to inject more humor and trim it down.  But here it is:

You look like you're 12, what's your background in photography?--I love taking pictures. I've always been avid in various forms of art--painting, pottery, drawing, you name it.  The craft of photography was introduced to me 10 years ago in a traditional darkroom setting.  Although I spent the next few years of  life concentrating on a profession in science, I recently had the opportunity to take up photography once more, only in digital form.  This opportunity coupled with the immense support and inspiration provided by family and friends has allowed me to stumble upon this newfound passion.

What sets you apart from other wedding photographers?
The various roles I've played in previous weddings (as sister of the groom, organizer, the bride, the best friend, sister of the bride) helped me experience a breadth of emotions that allow me to recognize and catch fleeting moments on camera.  When I see the sister of the bride stressed out, I know first hand what that feeling is like.  When I see the bride smile on camera, I know the feeling in her stomach that the smile is supressing.  My goal while shooting weddings is to draw from past experience, not just document smiles or expressions, but to capture and convey all the crazy emotions associated with them.
