Just as a warning, the site's design is a little funky. The "Arrested Development Loyalty Oath" is at the bottom of the page, on the far left hand side, and starts with "I, (your name here)". It's in the underlined space that you put your name; then you hit "Submit Pledge". In the next column over is a form where you can put in your name and e-mail address, along with the name and e-mail address of a friend -- that has nothing to do with the pledge (as I initially thought).
