It seems as though it is monumentally difficult for me to do less.  To just say - no, thanks.  That is interesting, a great opportunity, could be fun, would benefit me in so many ways, but I'll pass this time.

Empty space is something I both crave and fear.  It astounds me when I meet people who have great amounts of unstructured time.  Yet I envy them.

This will be my greatest challenge in the coming months.
