It started with the arrival of relatives from TX & VA with a dinner to celebrate an anniversary & 2 birthdays - one of the birthday celebrations was to throw the recipient off of her surprise party. We had nothing special planned for the weekend, though we had bought a night out at the church auction. It was at a friend's house who has a hot tub & she made us shish kabob.
