Me & Yard Work? Beautiful spring weekend!
I don't usually do much in the way of yard work, but P. was here last week & got me started on designing my flower gardens some more and we bought some plants on our shopping spree. So I was doing yard work again yesterday. Planting the last of the bulbs (or at least I thought it was the last - turns out there's 6 more iris bulbs left!) and caring for the new plants. R. got the Rose of Sharon - the last 3 they had!
R. & T. transplanted the ground cover around the willow, but we've still got the hedge border plants to dig up & transplant - verigated with non-verigated (It looks funny having one on one side and the other on the other side, so we're trying to make them symmetrical. It looks like we'll do that in the morning. But have to be done before 3 PM due to friends stopping by. Sounds like a good plan for an extra weekend day.
