A little late to the party on this, but my sister has just informed me that DC legalized gay marriage (and Maryland is poised to recognize gay marriages licensed in other states) so, I just wanted to, I don't know, feel happy about something political and even related to my hometown. Congratulations to those lucky enough to tie the knot down there.
