I like the idea of Classic Album Sundays, although if one's idea of "Classic Album" is Mothership Connection, Expensive Shit or C'est Chic, it'll be exceedingly difficult to sit still for the album's entirety!
I haven't been sitting still recently - I've been job hunting, updating my business cards, photographing and playing skeeball. A few days ago I also caught a fascinating lecture over at Brooklyn's Observatory concerning The Book of Symbols. Observatory is part of Proteus Gowanus; it was really nice to be wandering around my old neighborhood again (I lived just a mile or so up from PG during the 1990s).
FRINGE starts up again this Friday - I'm psyched for it! It's honestly surprising no-one I know is watching it, as it's gotten exponentially better with time.
