(Part 2) YFCz Tokyo show 9/15/11
Gosh~ 2011 is almost over!!
I been busy with other things and haven't had chance to finish posting about my first Gackt concert
experience in Sep!! YFCz 9/14~15 2011, so here it is part 2^^
9/15/11
Second day of YFCz Tokyo!
On the second night, we arrived at Zepp little before they start calling the ticket numbers, so we got a quick bite to eat and because we got separated night before we waited until our later ticket number (our ticket numbers were so far apart ) was called then we entered together to the concert hall(Zepp)
We were both in front of ChaCha(the right side) night before so I asked my friend if we can go to
the left side of the stage, You side, she said ok so we rushed over to find a good spot.
I didn't want to be stuck in the "pitt" again so we found a spot just right behind from the "pitt"
I think our spot was pretty good and because we were both tall, we were sort of sticking out from the crowd like 2 bunny ears(haha^^)
More and more people came in and I look to my left and saw that nice lady from last night who went out of her way to find my shoe, and her son standing not too far from us!! we said hello^^
Secretary, well actually it was Jon, started talking on the speaker, saying I have no idea what cause he was speaking in Japanese with exaggerated English accent, pretty funny even though I had no idea what he was saying^__^
ChaCha joined in and said few things too.....
7:30, 7:45, I think it was almost 8 when we started chanting "YFC~YFC~~~"
About 10 min into it lights went down and Gackt was in front of us!!
The spot we picked was just perfect! no pushing and shoving going on, people in front of us was just short enough we had pretty clear view of the stage.
And I have to say this, You is SO~ SO~ beautiful!!!!!
First night I was in the "pitt" and I was SOOO~ close to Gackt but that night(second night) I was right behind the "pitt" and very close to You, he's tall, little thin but that's how it is, Gackt looks smaller in person too, I don't mean short but just smaller.. that's why they look so fabulous on
TV ^.^ anyway, I felt that You and ChaCha have similar way of working the crowd, calm and quiet but just as passionate...
I must say I enjoyed second night much more!!
I was yelling and screaming again, head banging and dancing^^
At one point, me and my girl friend decided to call out Gackt which lot of the fans were doing already but we wanted to do it the "English" way, so instead of Gackuto, we did Gackt!!
I notice some people turn to look at us when we did that but not sure if Gackt heard...I think maybe
You did..... and I even said "Oppa SaLanhg Heyo" that means I love you big brother in Korean, so
embarrassing when I think about it now and I don't know where that came from but I said it........
And because we were sticking out like bunny ears from the crowd, Gackt did look at us more
then few times(so happy^^) we kept saying OMG~ he's looking at us!!
Oh! and one time G was at the edge of the stage and fans were touching him and someone must have grabbed his leg cause I saw Gackt yelling " hana je" I think that's let go in Japanese, he said it in a tough way which made me think, it must be a guy that's grabbing him, he would never talk that tough to a girl...(me think^^)
All too soon it was over, crazy fun but it was all over.... that night Uzo stayed till the very end and played with us fans, spraying water, throwing things which I didn't get any... a guy few feet away from me got one of Shinya's drum sticks!! He showed it to people around him, we were all
admiring it....I did get a confetti from the floor after the show...so sad.....
Man~ writing all of it down brings it all back...how gorgeous Gackt was, amazing music just
fantastic show all together! When Gackt comes to town near you, you must go see!!
There's a rumor(most likely not a rumor^^) that Gackt's gonna do a U S tour, I'm so there!!!!!
One other fun thing I did while I was in Japan is, thanks to my girl friend, I had a chance to go to
h.Naoto fashion show, they are 2 guys team Visual Kei + Lolita designers, one of them designed
Gackt's Episode 0 costume, it was lot of fun!! After the show they were mingling with people explaining their designs and stuff and I realize I've seen them before at Sakura Con in Washington, small world......
I didn't buy much YFCz goods
