Hello, all. It's been awhile since I posted but tis time for an update on me life.
First, barbossamonkey and I did not get the funds to go to New York unfortunately but it's not the end of the world though it had me depressed for a couple weeks about six weeks ago. There will be other opportunities to meet Geoff.
Second, I will not be going to Yellowstone National Park to work. I lost my position because I did not return the revised employment agreement they sent me at the first March that changed my start date from May 5th to May 7th in the time allowed. So they gave my position to someone else but after the initial shock of it worse, off I've found myself not that aggrieved by it. There were many variables and risks with me going up to work at Yellowstone because of my diabetes and never having lived away from home before. My parents and I believe that me not getting the job was for the best and so I will be able to stay here in UT this summer and get to do the things I would've missed out on! *Happiness!*
Third, you might notice I have a couple new userpics and I've changed things a bit on my profile page. Yep, I'm a Keith Richards and Rolling Stones fan now and I'm lovin' it. Yes, yes, I still love Barbossa to death but I gotta have some good music on the sides, mate!
Fourth, on March 4th, my old horse Soldier died from old age and he was buried today (was too cold to bury him any earlier) beneath the trees he so loved to stand under. I will miss him even though he was a grumpy ol' man sometimes though still loveable. :D
