Body and Appearance
1. Describe the character's height and build. Is he heavyset, thin, short, rangy?
Itachi is around five foot seven and he has a slender build.
2. How old is he?
He's 18 years old.
3. Describe his posture. Does he carry himself well or does he slouch?
He carries himself very well.
4. How is his health? Is he fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities?
He's fit due to his ninja lifestyle but he has a terminal illness that's slowly killing him. Said illness causes him fits of coughing (that sometimes includes coughing up blood) and it slows him down when it gets out of hand.
5. How does he move? Is he clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid?
He's very graceful in his movements and everything he does seems fluid and planned.
6. How attractive is this character physically? How does he perceive himself in the mirror?
He's a sexy beast very attractive man. The Uchiha clan is well known for their good looks and Itachi got lots of good genes.
7. Describe his complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred?
He has a very light complexion (again, due to his family).
8. Describe his hair: color, texture, style.
He has dark black hair that is very silky and smooth. He takes good care of it.
9. What color are his eyes?
His eyes are black normally, though with the sharingan they are red.
10. Does the character have any other noteworthy features?
He has two very long lines going down the sides of his face under his eyes. His eyelashes are also very long and girly pretty.
11. What are his chief tension centers?
Probably his chest, back and feet.
12. What is the character's wardrobe like? Casual, dressy, utilitarian? Bright colors, pastels, neutrals? Is it varied, or does he have six of the same suit?
He's usually in his Akatsuki uniform, which is standard for all members of the organization. Under it he wears very lightweight clothes that seem comfortable and easy to move around in (and to fight in).
13. Do his clothes fit well? Does he seem comfortable in them?
His Akatsuki cloak is a bit big on him and his clothes fit him fairly well (though they might be a little loose as well).
14. Does he dress the same on the job as he does in his free time? If not, what are the differences?
Yes, since he never really stops being on the job.
15. You knew it was coming: Boxers, briefs or commando?
Boxers.
Speech
1. What does this character's voice sound like? High-pitched, deep, hoarse?
A deep, smooth sounding voice.
2. How does he normally speak? Loud, soft, fast, evenly? Does he talk easily, or does he hesitate?
He speaks rather softly, but it also carries authority. He usually doesn't respond unless he's thought of the best response or answer. He thinks carefully about what he says.
3. Does the character have a distinct accent or dialect? Any individual quirks of pronunciation? Any, like, you know, verbal tics?
Not really.
4. What language/s does he speak, and with how much fluency?
Whatever language they speak in ninja land? I wouldn't say Japanese, but probably something similar.
5. Does he switch languages or dialects in certain situations?
Nope.
6. Is he a good impromptu speaker, or does he have to think about his words?
He thinks about everything he says.
7. Is he eloquent or inarticulate? Under what circumstances might this change?
Very eloquent when he speaks. It might change when he's under high pressure (such as when Madara's around) or when Sasuke is around (immediately goes to taunting him, as of this point in his canon).
Mental and Emotional
1. How intelligent is this character? Is he book-smart or street-smart?
He's very smart. He's arguably one of the smartest characters in the series.
2. Does he think on his feet, or does he need time to deliberate?
He can do both. Being a ninja requires one to think on their feet at times, but Itachi also tends to make elaborate plans when given the time.
3. Describe the character's thought process. Is he more logical, or more intuitive? Idealistic or practical?
He's a very logical and realistic person. His decisions often are what he thinks is best for the majority (or his brother).
4. What kind of education has the character had?
He's graduated the ninja academy at a very young age and was the top of his class. He also was put through intensive lessons by his clan in many areas (both educational areas and ninja areas).
5. What are his areas of expertise? What, if anything, is he interested in learning more about?
He is primarily a genjutu expert, though he has talent in many areas of ninja arts.
6. Is he an introvert or an extrovert?
Introvert.
7. Describe the character's temperament. Is he even-tempered or does he have mood swings? Cheerful or melancholy? Laid-back or driven?
He's even-tempted most of the time. He's trained himself to contain his emotions over the years and rarely lets his mask slip. He's also a very driven individual.
8. How does he respond to new people or situations? Is he suspicious, relaxed, timid, enthusiastic?
He's observant in new situations. He tends to gather all the information he can in new situations so he can fully evaluate what needs to be done next.
9. Is he more likely to act, or to react?
React.
10. Which is his default: fight or flight?
Flight in the sense that he's more likely to try and avoid a fight and if he does have to fight he tries to incapacitate his opponent quickly(rather than kill them).
11. Describe the character's sense of humor. Does he appreciate jokes? Puns? Gallows humor? Bathroom humor? Pranks?
He is a serious person, but he does have the ability to joke. Even if it isn't very often. He's not one for pranks, but he's more likely to make a snarky type comment that someone might not realize is an insult or funny until later.
12. Does the character have any diagnosable mental disorders? If yes, how does he deal with them?
He doesn't have any known in canon, but he would most likely have something along the lines of depression or PTSD (getting that when he was only 4 years old). I think he would deal with them by focusing on protecting the most important person to him, Sasuke.
13. What moments in this character's life have defined him as a person?
The Great Ninja War when he was four, his brother's birth and Kyuubi attack (swearing to protect Sasuke from harm), and the Uchiha Massacre (putting the well being of the world and his brother above his family).
14. What does he fear?
I think he fears what Madara can do to the world (because he's experienced Madara's madness first hand) and he also fears his plans failing and his brother suffering as a result. He also fears war.
15. What are his hopes or aspirations?
For his brother to grow up to be strong and for Konoha and its citizens to survive and prosper.
16. What is something he doesn't want anyone to find out about him?
The true reasons behind the Uchiha Massacre. That he isn't really a bad guy.
Relationships
1. Describe this character's relationship with his parents.
His relationship with his father was a bit strained and its assumed he had a fairly good relationship with his mother.
2. Does the character have any siblings? What is/was their relationship like?
He has a younger brother, Sasuke. He loves his brother more than anything.
3. Are there other blood relatives to whom he is close? Are there ones he can't stand?
Uchiha Shisui was his best friend. Uchiha Madara is his distant relative (great uncle of some sort?) and he hates him with a passion.
4. Are there other, unrelated people whom he considers part of his family? What are his relationships with them?
He had a lover when he was thirteen, but we know nothing about her/him. Kisame is his partner in the Akatsuki and, compared to any of the other partners, they have the best partnership in the Akatsuki. Itachi trusts Kisame with his back and the man, though a brute and quick to violence, has grown on him.
5. Who is/was the character's best friend? How did they meet?
Shisui was Itachi's best friend when he was growing up and they probably met at a family function of some sort. Or even just around the compound or the academy.
6. Does he have other close friends?
Not really unless you count Kisame, though probably not.
7. Does he make friends easily, or does he have trouble getting along with people?
He doesn't really make friends easy.
8. Which does he consider more important: family or friends?
God...well he killed his family so uhh...friends as in "the entire population of the village I live in plus the world"?
9. Is the character single, married, divorced, widowed? Has he been married more than once?
He had a lover, but he killed him/her during the massacre. Never married before!
10. Is he currently in a romantic relationship with someone other than a spouse?
Nope, no romantic relationship.
11. Who was his first crush? Who is his latest?
Neither is known.
12. What does he look for in a romantic partner?
Probably someone that is intelligent and didn't mind his quiet/peaceful nature. Someone who he could just be himself with.
13. Does the character have children? Grandchildren? If yes, how does he relate to them? If no, does he want any?
Nope, no children. I think he would have liked to have kids, but it never happens.
14. Does he have any rivals or enemies?
Technically the Akatsuki could be his enemies since he was sort of spying on them. But he considers Orochimaru his enemy and Madara his main enemy. Sasuke is sort of a "rival" I suppose. Though he doesn't feel any hatred to his brother, he had to become an enemy to Sasuke to ensure his brother got stronger.
15. What is the character's sexual orientation? Where does he fall on the Kinsey scale?
I'd say two, mostly heterosexual though could be homosexual. Though he's a bit asexual because he doesn't really have time/a want for any sexual relations.
16. How does he feel about sex? How important is it to him?
He thinks it's a natural part of life, though it isn't important to him. He's probably had sex because he had a lover at some point (and may have had a few bed mates during his years as a missing nin.)
17. What are his turn-ons? Turn-offs? Weird bedroom habits?
He's a kinky bastard in bed I really have no idea.
Beliefs
1. Do you know your character's astrological (zodiac of choice) sign? How well does he fit type?
Gemini. It works for him, I guess. They're seekers of information, which goes with Itachi.
2. Is this character religious, spiritual, both, or neither? How important are these elements in his life?
I say he might be spiritual in a sense, but I wouldn't call him religious.
3. Does this character have a personal code of morals or ethics? If so, how did that begin? What would it take to compromise it?
He values people's lives and hates violence and would rather try and avoid fighting if at all possible. If the situation calls for it, he will resort to violence and killing, but only if there is no other way.
4. How does he regard beliefs that differ from his? Is he tolerant, intolerant, curious, indifferent?
I think he's a tolerant person.
5. What prejudices does he hold? Are they irrational or does he have a good reason for them?
He has a prejudice for people who want to harm others intentionally? Hating war tends to do that to someone I guess.
Daily Life
1. What is the character's financial situation? Is he rich, poor, comfortable, in debt?
I think he's comfortable, but in no way is he living in luxury.
2. What is his social status? Has this changed over time, and if so, how has the change affected him?
S-Class Missing Nin. He used to be the heir to the Uchiha clan before he killed them all and was an ANBU Captain. All changed after he was ordered to do the massacre.
3. Where does he live? House, apartment, trailer? Is his home his castle or just a place to crash? What condition is it in? Does he share it with others?
In a cave type thing...or at least that's where the Akatsuki's various hideouts tend to be. And it's just somewhere to crash if they aren't on a mission.
4. Besides the basic necessities, what does he spend his money on?
Hair products and medicine and nailpolish.
5. What does he do for a living? Is he good at it? Does he enjoy it, or would he rather be doing something else?
He's part of a terrorist organization. He's very good at being a ninja. I wouldn't say he enjoys it. He probably wouldn't have become a ninja in the first place if he could have chosen.
6. What are his interests or hobbies? How does he spend his free time?
He likes going to sweet shops in his spare time.
7. What are his eating habits? Does he skip meals, eat out, drink alcohol, avoid certain foods?
I think he tries to eat three meals a day, but he might not get enough food during these meals. He avoid eating steak because he doesn't like them.

Which of the following do you associate with the character, or which is his favorite:
