South of Nowhere Rec Post VIII
I feel like this might be the most giddy rec post I've ever done. It's all the sunshine outside - I am gloriously blissed out. ;D
Stars, Mary Jane and Traffic Lights is a nice little one-shot that has all the elements I like: prose-like writing, the smallest bit of angst, a vice-filled Ashley and sex in a shower. I think all one-shots should be this awesome.

Oh holy hell [lol]. I read this almost straight through yesterday. And you want to know why? Because it drove me absolutely crazy with the HUGE amounts of angst and longing. It drove me so crazy that I think I love this fic. I even liked one of the secondary new characters!
What Goes Around...Comes Around is post Season Two (yea, after disaster prom!) and, while slightly different things occurred a said prom, Spashley are still no more... just like how the show did it. And so the trials & tribulations begin.
Unfinished (which is a damn shame) but still well worth your time.

Forget Yesterday is by one of my increasingly favorite authors (wavegoodbye) and they do not disappoint in the slightest.
Ashley and Kyla join a new school, doing their usual nice sister/bad sister routine. And Ashley sort of stumbles, like Alice (yea, too much Wonderland stuff going on), into Spencer Carlin's 'silent' world. LOVE how Ashley is in this story - hard and brash, but the way she reaches out to Spencer is one of the sweetest expressions of interest that I've ever seen portrayed in a fic. On-going... Check it out.

What really sucks about this rec is that it will probably never be finished and that is a damn crime against the world. But if you can get over that, let me present you Grace On Fire.
Ashley Davies is one bad-ass servant of Satan in this story and she loves her 'job'... but things are shifting and changing and meeting one hot blonde (aka Spencer Carlin) is bringing on pangs of contentment that a bad girl just shouldn't contemplate.
Witty and fun and different (with a good dash of sexy and suspense), I adore this fic. And I imagine you will too.

Teenage Hopes... I might have recced this one before (I checked my old posts, hmmm), but fuck it - it is worth a redeux if that's what is going on! :)
Sweet and short, full of Spashley LOVE.

I love it when I discover new SoN vids, because it means that this fandom is still going strong. And I love it even more when the videos are full of affection and when the song fits so well. You Love Me is all these things - plus has some really tight editing.

Pistol is one of the videos that grows on you. Decent editing and a nifty little song choice - one very befitting if you think it is from Spencer to Ashley... and yet, it works the other way around, too. Clever. ;)

Teasers can be fun, get you all excited and this one does it for me - especially the last half minute or more. Nice.
Dark On Fire not only has the goodness of Spashley drama to it, but they toss in a bit of Milby as well! I am down with it and I hope the finish it.
