It's on, right?
[ There's a nice looking lady on the other side of the gear, with a... less than nice Onix sitting beside her. Her hand is on its head, petting it like one would do for a dog, or something of that nature. She smiles. ]
I remember this guy from the video game. [ There's a gesture over to her Onix. ] One of the main characters had him, didn't they? Oh, what was his name... Blaine? Bob... by?
...
Oh, I remember! Br-rock, right?
[ That was a pun, thank you. Get it? Brock? Onix is made of rocks? Akane is pretty pleased with herself, and she lets out a small giggle. ]
I guess I should be pretty worried, huh? Getting kidnapped isn't exactly the nicest way to say 'hello', but...
Well! It seems like a lot of people are in my same situation [ Waving ~ Hello everyone o/ ] Do you think there's some big important reason why they chose us to be here?
It could be like the "Stanford Prison Experiment", I guess. Basically, this guy named Zimbardo took normal people like you and me, and placed them in a jail-like setting to view their psychological reactions. He had both inmates and guards, so all those different reactions were looked at.
From what I remember, the results were... frightening. [ Frowning. ]
But the whole experiment was cut off early because of the abusive tendencies the people involved started to grow. [ She frowns more, crossing her arms over her chest and hunching her back. ] So, this probably isn't like that. After all... who would hurt another person on purpose?
[ There's a strong nod, and Akane tucks her head in closer to Onix. ] Yeah, that's right! I have faith in all of us.
So what other theories do we have so far? I'd like to hear them! [ And with a grin + wave combo, the gear turns off. ]
