[ Leon didn't really have time to figure out what the fuck had just happened, because he was too busy hurrying to Yuffie's help as fast as Steelix could take him.

A few minutes after her post goes up, Yuffie will find a massive metal snake heading her way, with a certain grumpy lion directing him. ]

[ He sees those tear tracks but doesn't comment. His team as out, three out of six fully immune to poison, one resistant, and one fire-type. She's safe now. He puts a comforting hand on her shoulder. ]

[ After a moment, in which he directs Lucky to burn away some Pineco before they have a chance to explode: ] Didn't know you didn't like bugs. [ The other Yuffie doesn't mind them. ]

[And a moment later she's wearing her usual grin and she feels like she should be twirling her Shuriken and checking her Materia. Instead she snatches up Sneezy and ZuZu's poekee balls tossing them out.]

[ And there goes the Lucario, leaping into battle with a swift kick to the nearest Skorupi's face. ]

[Yuffie took a moment to call out a couple commands to her Poekees before answering. Sneezey attacked with sharpened claws, and ZuZu cut in with Air cutter taking out a couple of them entirely.]

Yeah, and they're gross, and slimy, and creepy, and blegh!

[ He'd tell her that 'blegh' is not a proper adjective, but he's too busy having Flood wash away a swarm. ]
