[ The feed clicks on close to Quistis' face. It's a semi-profile view, being shot from her shoulder, and a quiet, husky voice identifies the camera crew as her baby Riolu, Tempest. ]

I'm stocking up on supplies right now and getting ready to head out of Violet. Seems an old friend just arrived in Johto, so I'll be going to Cherrygrove to meet her.
Don't worry, I seem to have acquired a temporary traveling partner for the trip - I'm not the only one with someone to pick up.
[ She pauses to consider, looking at something in her hands. ] I haven't asked my travel partner about this, but if there are others planning to make the trip back as well, it would be safer to go together, right?
That said, if anyone else is too far away or otherwise unable to make the trip themselves, and you have a new arrival in Cherrygrove who needs to be fetched, I'll be happy to see them as far as Violet. Just let me know who I'm looking for, and let them know I'm coming.
Oh, and Sora - it looks like my trip to Goldenrod will have to be put off a bit longer. [ She looks at the camera again to smile ruefully. ] I hope you don't mind.
