[well, it would appear as if this video is being taken from inside a house, through a window, first off.
It is of a barely visible scrawny teen attempting to make his way through the blizzard. He appears to be hobbling, and is pale even against the snow, though this is offset by his messy, feathery black hair. He wears something akin to what his viking buddies would wear.
Leaning against the wall of a nearby house, he manages two or three steps before being knocked backward into the snow by the wind. With a Char! the gear is dropped and it is a few minutes before there is activity once more.
The boy, soaked to the skin, is sitting much in the manner of a dog, shaking off his head and coughing, moving much in a similar way to a particular dragon. He appears to be missing a foot, but this hardly bothers him. He is just going to sit there and be very unhappy with his situation for a while...]
