My week
Meh. Not very much has happened since I worked on Sunday. I went to the Mall of America today, to return a pair of pants that I really don't need. Go figure. I leave for my aunt's cabin on Friday, around noonish, so.. I won't be around until sometime on Monday, I'm assuming. And I'm not sure how well my phone works up there, but, we'll see. Then, I leave for college in 15 days. Meggy and I talked for awhile yesterday on what it is we're bringing. The room this year is going to be a lot smaller than it was last year. ..Well, alright. It'll be the same size, really, but because the beds won't be lofted, we'll have a lot less space. We're going to have the beds bunked, but even so, I'm not sure how much room that's going to leave us with. It's pretty dumb that they don't loft the beds in every hall. I'm in the same complex I was in last year, just a different hall. There are.. Four halls, I believe. F hall, which I was in last year, through.. I hall, which I'll be in this year. So, all I really did was move to the complete opposite side of the building. The only hall with beds that come lofted is I hall. You can PAY to have your bunks lofted in the other halls, but.. I dunno. Tuition is already high enough as it is, without having to pay an extra hundred dollars to get your bed lofted. Meh. Oh well. Anyway, we'll have all of the essentials. I'm getting really, REALLY ready to go back. Living with my family again has been.. interesting. Lol. Been there, done that, time to leave. Don't get me wrong, for the most part, I love them. But my youngest sister.. drives me NUTS. She just.. ksj I won't go into a rant about her here. But, if she does anything else, you can expect one dedicated solely to her.
Well, anyway. I guess the most exciting thing I did this week was go to my friend's party. God, that was a blast. xD Michelle was having a last party before she heads off for college, so she invited me. It was mostly just a bunch of people hanging out and talking at a park. She moved the party to her house, and invited me to come back, buuuut.. I had.. better things to do. Haha. Nah. Some of those girls were crazy. Spending the night with them would have been pure torture. Still. I'll miss Michelle. She's fun. I will see her though, once a month, when she comes back to work. And, seeing as I won't be working over Thanksgiving, due to some very important person coming to see me (praying everything works out), I'll go bug her then, too. Haha. I'm such a nice person.
I also watched about ten movies. One, I'd never seen before, and it was actually really quite good (Hell Boy), the other, one I hadn't seen for years, and had missed (Hocus Pocus.) I still have that song stuck in my head.. the one Sarah Jessica Parker sings. God, the score for that song is beautiful.
So. Yup. Exciting week.
