I managed to fill up my gas tank in Redmond just before a crowd of zombified eastside soccer moms turned over a Hummer and wrecked the place. Had to make it back down here to Renton using the back roads - 405 was a parking lot, but not because of the usual afternoon rush-hour traffic.
