What a weekend!
Memorial Day? Felt more like Labor Day to me, 'cause of all the work I did. Spent time working on turning the other bedroom, which had become a glorified storage room, back into The Boy's room. He went through two huge boxes of toys and opted to give away close to 75% of it. Now I have lots of bags to take to give to charity. The new air conditioner arrived last week, so I had to remove the old one, and set up the new one. Also hauled out tons of recycling. And to top it all off, I copied everything over from my old laptop, nuked and paved it and have set it up for The Boy. He was pleased as punch to find out he was getting his own computer! Today we went to Half Price Books and left with 5 kids games for $30. Try doing *that* at CompUSA! Tooled around in Azeroth for a bit - decided to solo Gnomeregan since I'd never been there, and I was in the neighborhood. Need to get a new mouse for my laptop, though, since I gave the other one to The Boy to use. I have this annoying habit of grazing the touchpad with part of my hand as I type, and the cursor goes flying all over the screen. Now I have a hellish 4 day week to look forward to, as I have several deadlines for projects I've been working on, and new ones about to start. Not much rest for a weary bear, I suppose.
