I would have pulled all my hair out long ago were I in your position. Seriously. That's insane.

Yeah well, as i have pointed out before bureaucracies do not function on logic, but rather some other, wholey incompatible system. Insane is as good a word as any. On the brightside, my brother is going to try to get me a copy of my birth certificate and overnight it to me. That should be the final piece of identification I need to acquire a driver's license.
