Whee. I got comments on my first thesis draft back two weeks ago, and have been tooling away semi-diligently ever since. After rewriting my introduction (which my second committee member "disliked, intensely") and making a mess of graphics, I have only a few paragraphs worth of tweaking to do. And another map which I should really make. And a revised abstract. And compiling my footnotes into a bibliography, with the aid of software I sort of understand.
But the thesis is pretty much written---all 230 pages of it---and there's still enough time to get the remaining changes made by the end of the week.
And then I just have to figure out what happens next.
