Stream of semi-conciousness
Man do I feel like crap today.. sorry to bog you guys down with that, but it's worth mentioning, if only breifly. I've got some sort of killer death cold which is not doing a whole lot - it's only a little congestion, but it's knocking me on my ass in terms of depriving me of energy. Yeah I didn't get so much sleep the past couple nights, but still, I can tell the difference between being tired and being weak. But enough of this depressing crap! Away with ye killer death cold, and begone!
Some of you might be wondering, "Where's Phil been these days? I keep calling him and wanting to hang out with him, but he's nowhere to be found! I want to give him the $13 I owe him, but I can't get ahold of him! Etc Etc Etc..." Or maybe I've been deluding myself. But to answer these hypotheticals, I've been hanging out with Amelia. She pretty much rocks; in a way that if people were wearing socks, they most certainly would be rocked... clear off their feet! She's hardcore Philly born and raised, which means if you call it anything other than Cheesesteak, she'll shiv you. She's a big fan of the Eagles, but I can forgive that - everyone has their flaws, albeit minor ones. She loves video games, and is one of the only girls who seems to recognize and actually appreciate my geeky video game ring tones. For her Birthday, which was yesterday, I got her a Samus t-shirt - which was tough to find since it was only available with preorders of Metroid Prime 2. Hell, I didn't even get one due to the whole California thing. Aside from that, she has good taste in humor, and I practically never have to assume she hasn't heard of something obscure. She loves Penn and Teller's Bullshit, and saw the Aristocrats. she's a huge fan of Firefly, and Cowboy Bebop and a bunch of other Anime. So yeah, she's adorable and is defintiely way too cool for school. She's good people.
Now of course, I've probably gone and jinxed it all, becaus eit seems that whenever I find someone, and tell other people about her, something happens and then nothing happens. It's odd.. and no... it's not because they're figments of my imagination.. because that'd be way too fucked up even for me. Greg can vouch for me on this one.
