Fun time with friends :D

Today was a lot of fun. Woke up unnecessarily early, but that's ok because I got some art stuff done. Got ready and went to have lunch and see a movie with vandonovan and Chris. We ate at Daphne's (RIDICULOUSLY GOOD CRISPY SHRIMP PITA) and then went to watch The Sorcerers apprentice. Mini review: I would totally have written it completely differently. Also, not worth the money to see it in theaters, definitely not. But since we all had a good time hanging out and tearing it apart, it wasn't a bust, really. After the movie, we hung out in borders for a while just chatting. I think those are always my favorite parts, the moments in between actions when people are just talking with friends. Anyway, we eventually decided we were hungry again (it had already been like 6 hours from lunch) so we went to this Thai placed called Tea for Two. The food was good, but not that great. However, the service made up for it. I think the lunchtime specials are definitely worth a try, though, since the price would match the food and totally be worth the service. After dinner, we returned to Borders to wander the aisles and discuss books and life. Finally, when everyone seemed a little tired, we said our goodbyes and went our separate ways (though both Van and Chris were nice enough to drive me there and back again, respectively). It was a lot of fun, and I really hope to repeat the experience again soon (though maybe with cheaper, better movies).

On another note, when I got home I worked on some art stuff. 1/48 completed ♥

And now, sleep. I am oh so sleeping in tomorrow.
