1. Breath mints. You never know when you'll run into an old colleague, an
old boyfriend, or a new opportunity to network.
2. Baby powder. Not only is this a great way to freshen up after a hot
day, but it can double as an oil absorber for your clothing (when you
spill oil from the dressing of that trendy salad you had for lunch)
3. A safety pin. You never know when your chest will decide to play
peek-a-boo while you're wearing your favorite fitted button-down blouse.
Nor will you be able to predict when your dress/skirt/pant hem will do an impromptu game of "how-low-can-you-go".
4. Blot powder or blot paper. When the oil on your face can no longer be
classified as a "glow" these babies will come in handy.
5. A pen. You'll need this to write down the number of that cutie from across the bar or the license plate number of the jerk who swiped your side view mirror.
6. A small tube of vaseline. You can use this to instantly pucker-up your
pucker, de-ash your knees, smooth down fly-away hairs, or dab some on your legs to give you a sexy glow. If you don't have oily skin, take a
tiny touch and lightly apply a bit to the bridge of your nose, the top
of your cheekbones, and right under your brow bone for an irresistibly
sexy face!
7. Pocket tissues. Nothing quite says yuck than sneezing a great big
sneeze without one of these in your hand. AND who wants to be the chick
stuck in a public bathroom stall who has to ask an at-this-point
faceless, nameless stranger to hand you tissue with her hands that only
God knows has been?
8. Aspirin. For obvious and not-so obvious reasons. If you unexpectedly spend the night out and your face is dying for a skin treatment, you can crush these little suckers up adding water until you get a pasty mixture and viola! Instant face mask.
9. Lipstick/lip gloss. You don't have to carry your entire makeup stash with you...refreshing your lipstick/lip gloss during the day can keep you looking polished the whole day through.
10. Dental Floss. Do NOT get caught out there with lunch's broccoli salad stuck in your teeth. By carrying floss with you, not only are you avoiding potentially embarrassing situations, but you're also doing what 10 out of 10 dentists recommend for good oral hygiene.
