Do you want to know what real social inequality is? It’s when you don’t have the education your friends have because you ditched school. It’s when you decided not to go to college and everyone else did. It’s when people are out working for a living and you’re at home without a job. That’s social inequality. You did not do enough to meet the minimum standard that your peers have already reached. That’s it - The End. It’s not based on race. It’s based on your own actions and potential. If someone does not hire you it’s not because you’re black or white or Asian. It’s because you’re not good enough. No one will pay you $100,000 dollars per year if you don’t know how to get the work done. No one is going to trust you to make decisions that affect dozens of others because you have never shown responsibility. No one is going to extend you credit to buy a microwave because you are careless with money. That’s your fault. That’s the fault you’ve been making for years upon years because you just couldn’t figure life out.
This is the speech I want to tell people.
