Mushroom identification

Obviously I'm not as well educated as most of you guys when it comes to identification, maybe you can help me figure out what these interesting fungi I came upon when taking a walk through North Point State Park here in Baltimore are.

Interesting tentacle shaped mushroom attached to a tree trunk..
