After Christmas
Well, I've spent the whole day cleaning and organizing my place with all the new crap I got for Christmas. I got an 8.1 megapixel camera, a cordless drill, a general tool kit, a soldering iron, some towels and kitchen stuff, and a bunch of other miscellaneous crap. I finally did some cleaning in my room rather than the rest of the apartment, and I've got my desk set up as a work station again rather than a pile of junk (though there's still a pile of junk next to it).
My aunt had a bunch of old jewelry that the old woman she cleans for was getting rid of, and she gave me a bunch of it to look through to make chain mail. I've got a couple of pieces in mind, but it's gonna take some work, and I will definitely need to order more rings. I don't have the money for it at the moment, but hopefully I'll have more at the end of January. Though I will need to buy my badge for ACen this year by the 15th in order to get the cheaper pre-reg price.
There's still a lot of stuff that needs to be cleaned up in the rest of the apartment, but most of it's just taking out garbage. I'm hoping I can get my roommate to take care of most of it, since he's off Tuesday and Wednesday. We're going to have people over on Friday for New Year's stuff. We'll be playing EarthDawn for most of the day. I hope I can keep up with them on material, since we don't usually play that long. I've got a few side distractions prepared that I can send them on to fill the time, provided they follow the leads.
Oh, and I threw some more user pictures up, so I don't have to keep using the same one.
