In the past month I have:
- Realized I really don't want to do an Honour Specialization in Pharmacology and switched into an Honours Specialization in Medical Sciences
- Also realized that I came to university to expand my horizons and so far all I've done is science science science. So I enrolled in a Comparative Lit & Culture class where we cover everything from Homer to Dante to Picasso and I like it so much I think I might take a 5th year of university so that I can minor in it
- Gone apple picking with Sydney and came home with 10 lbs of apples.
- Tried to find ways to use all of these apples. My favourite so far? An open faced sandwich with honey mustard, smoked turkey, thinly sliced apple, and melted cheddar cheese.
- Had my sister visit for Homecoming so that we could party together, only to have us both get sick after sitting in the rain for 3 hours at the Homecoming game
- Gone to the bar a bunch of times, only to realize that it has kind of lost its appeal
- Felt a lot lonelier than usual.
