Things going on in my life:
- I got a job as a hostess/waitress at Turtle Jacks. I had been hoping for an office job this summer, but I'll take what I can get.
- My friend and I saw Star Trek the other night and then snuck into The Hangover, which was by far funnier than any of those Will Ferrell/Seth Rogan/Jason Segal movies that have been coming out lately.
- Laying out in the sun by my pool with my friends = the perfect way to spend a summer afternoon
- Driving around the city checking out garage sales at 8 am with Erynn and an endless supply of coffee = the perfect way to spend a Saturday morning
- I have discovered a love for bright fuschia and yellow mini pencil skirts
- Starting next week I'm going to make a weekly goal and if I attain that goal by the end of the week, I'm going to put $5 towards an investment piece (I'm thinking maybe a pair of Christian Louboutin heels or a MBMJ purse) and $5 towards a charity
