aka... my feelings about this week's "The Good Wife", but with an incredibly silly LOLCav title to make myself smile temporarily.
This will be incredibly long, will probably be poorly written, and more than likely will make little sense. I apologise for that, but this show has done strange things to my brain. Plus, I'm really, really, really sick

- I definitely think there was a part of Kalinda wanting Alicia to be 'bad', but I think her motives were mostly selfless. I think, like you said, she needed there to be somebody that wasn't her for Alicia to fall back on when this came out. But yes, I think that's definitely part of it. Plus, there's a part of me that feels that Kalinda... looks up to Alicia in a sense (somebody who is so good, when she is so not), and maybe liked the idea of Alicia doing something wrong. Hurting somebody you admire is just so dirty, and I think it's easier if you're on the same level.
- That was a lot of my issue, too. Kalinda clearly feels so terrible about this... rolling her eyes at Cary when he doesn't seem to really care just demeans her relationship with Alicia (melodramatic?). To know you've hurt a friend so deeply, but not seem to mind when somebody else jokes about it? Not cool. Although the gameface is definitely a real possibility. Can't be showing your human, emotional side.
- I still cannot fully express my adoration for Julianna. I don't think I ever will.
- I think Eli cares about/admires Alicia more than he does Peter, so I definitely hope we'll get a good reaction from him. I think he'll have some guilt over the interview, personally. He talked Alicia into declaring, on television, that Peter was a good guy, and I think he'll regret that. Yes, he did his job, and he did it well, but I think he (like Kalinda) is learning to be a little more moral and good from Alicia, so this'll bother him.
And YES, Kalinda needs to start fixing. And I need some Owen time to help Alicia deal with this/maybe help her and Kalinda fix things (i.e. "I think you're mostly hurt because it's her, you obviously care, if she makes an effort, don't dismiss her without a thought, etc).
