Forced laughs, fake smiles, just force it out, 'cause it's all the same to them. One time too many, I watch you fade away; to the time it takes, and the things you say, I know better now. So turn this up and listen well, I just needed you to know that I read you all wrong, I thought you were a safe bet. She tries too much. She doesn't smile enough. She's got these great ideas, and no one to hear them. I waited for you. Why won't you just tell me?
Woo! I think I'm gonna be able to go to bed tonight before 10! Hallelujah. I'm so tired. I fell asleep halfway through reading a section for Physics - just flat out passed out on my bed and didn't wake up til an hour later, for dinner. Right now, though I'm wrapped up in like ten layers of blankets, listening to The Morning Light, feeling almost relaxed, for once. It's so cold in my house, and my mom still is refusing to turn on the heater even though it's like thirty freaking degrees. And of course, it's just my luck that my room is the coldest part of the house.
I borrowed 'Breaking Dawn', the latest book in that Twilight Series from the library a few days ago and didn't get a chance to start it until today in Spanish after taking my test. It's alright, I guess, but the Bella/Edward sappiness makes me gag. I personally, prefer Bella/Jake - they're just so heartbreaking. I tuned out Mr. Robinson in Econ and just read the entire hour, I didn't get to read in PreCalc because I was too busy freaking out over my E, and I couldn't in English either because Erin Behrend was hovering like mad. I seriously felt like an idiot because I was sitting there, and was beginning to tear up at some parts. I've always had a soft spot for unrequited love - those doomed relationships that you can't help but root for anyway. Like Bella and Jake. And Brooke and Lucas. And Pacey and Joey (although they did end up together in the end, which just goes to show that there's always hope!!!!)\
