My tastebuds retailiate to the homemade yoghurt. My third attempt looked as it should and it still tasted horrible to me. So, the next best idea.. make stuff with it. Simply throwing it in a blender with honey and chopped up fruit did the trick, or there's two recipes for Mousse.
Raspberry Mousse
2 cups homemade yoghurt
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
3 separated eggs
4 cups fresh raspberries (2 cups pureed)
1/2 honey
In the top of a double boiler, blend egg yolks, pureed raspberries, honey and yoghurt.
Heat over boiling water, stirring constantly until hot.
Place gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water for a few minutes to soften.
When raspberry mixture is hot, add softened gelatin and mix thoroughly.
Remove from heat and chill until mixture starts to set.
Whip egg whites to stiff peaks and fold into raspberry mixture.
Chill until firm and serve with remaining raspberries around the mousse.

I substituted blueberry for raspberries and the recipe still worked great. I can't wait to try other fruits! The orange mousse is very similar only use 2 oranges (optional) and 6 tablespoons from orange juice.. process is a little different as well:
Orange Mousse
2 cups homemade yoghurt
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
3 separated eggs
2 oranges (optional)
6 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 honey
Peel oranges removing as much of the white membrane as possible. Remove seeds and section oranges. Cut each section in half and set aside.
Beat egg yolks thoroughly with a fork, and pour into the top of a double boiler or saucepan.
Blend 1/2 cup of yoghurt and frozen orange juice concentrate with the egg yolks.
If using a saucepan, place mixture over low heat and stir until hot.
If using a double boiler, place mixture over boiling water and stir until hot.
Add honey and stire thoroughly.
Place contents of two envelopes of gelatin into 1/2 cup cold water for a few minutes to soften.
Add softened gelatin to hot mixture, stirring constantly for a few minutes, remove from heat.
Add enough yoghurt to increase volume of mixture to 3-4 cupps. Mix thoroughly.
