Minor(!) annoyances with school already, and it's only day two. Other parents waiting for their offspring cooing and awwing and saying 'Aw, she's so cute! She's tiny!' and 'She's too wee to be going to school!' (which had a giggle-laugh-thing added at the end after she realised the small cute child was heading straight for me - hi, fellow parents,

I could always smile at them, in an 'I keell you now' kinda style.
Problem is, I can see their point - she is the size of a two year old, at most. (http://www.flickr.com/photos/37483238@N00/222043034/) Confuses her, too, she gets praise for doing stuff that's easy for a three-year-old (random strangers, again), and people get protective of her because they see her as more vulnerable. But really, FFS - she has just exited the school, in uniform, perhaps they (and I) know a little better whether she's at the right age - *age* people, not *size*! - to go to school? Mutttergrumble, etc.
On the upside, I rarely go to supermarkets now, because I am becoming paranoid from all those (possibly imagined) nasty looks from folk when they see IIb wandering around under her own steam, not in a harness or seat or anything.
Can't quite bring myself to sign her up for the growth hormone thing yet, and I suspect it's because *we* would have to stick her full of needles for at least a year. For no good reason, I feel that it wouldn't even work. She produces, and reacts to, growth hormone normally, apparently (from what little the various medical types have told us about her test results), so why give her more if what she already has is having such little effect? The growth specialist was sorta vague on that point. The 'we could try it for a year and see how it goes' was not reassuring.
May have to start a rant entry later. :-) It's that kind of time, y'know?
