Well, I'm arguing for the right of man to say what he thinks are honest things without having to apologize after. They're arguing about feelings and how everyone ought to watch what they say or they might hurt someone's feelings. Everything they stand for is lies and censorship, while I stand only for freedom and the right of a man to act like an asshole. Maybe you can say, as you seem to be saying, that both of these have a very clear and simple 1:1 correlation of "reactionary," but that's really simplifying it to its most base elements and refusing not only to take a side but to acknowledge there's a difference. That's another disease humanity suffers from, the disease of thinking that everything is the same as everything else. I wouldn't say that reacting to reactionaries is the same as being a reactionary yourself in the very same way that I wouldn't say that someone who hates Jews and someone who hates anti-Semites for being narrow-minded and hating Jews are exactly the same, though you could probably stick them in a box labeled "haters" if you wanted to.

And on you're second note, that's interesting. You mean to say that everyone's not a self-centered, sue-happy, self-victimizer in other countries? Wow, that's hard to imagine! (I tend to really hate my fellow American so it's not hard to imagine really. Not that that wasn't obviously sarcasm.)
