Here's the deal. I'm looking for a ridiculously complicated, perhaps medical, hopefully terrifying synonym for writer's block. Humor is the ultimate desired goal, but any sufficiently complicated phrase is funny in my book

I suggest 'calamostenosis', from Greek kalamos 'pen' + stenosis.
