I should just go into business for myself. Start a brand new exciting company that everyone wants to be a part of. Sure...it'll take alot of money and time at first, which I don't have(the money part anyway, my free time is overabundant, if that's a word) but, I feel lke I have no other choice. everyone is picky in some ways, but i don't think you can be as picky as you are being and expect to find a job...if you want to work during the day, then work wherever you can get a day shift, even if it is close to your home...if you don't want to work close to home, then work whatever shift you can get...not wanting to work around home AND wanting to work day shift cuts your options in half

also, choosing a job doesn't mean you're stuck there for life...if you need a job, take the one you'll hate the least while still looking for a better one that you can actually enjoy if you find it, and then move onto that when the opportunity comes...i SWORE to myself that i would never work in fast food but burger king was the only that i could find last summer, so i worked there, i didn't like it but it didn't kill me, God provided me with some cool opportunities to reach out and be nice to people

also, before burger king i had tried to find a job around the fall/winter, and it didn't work...most people hire for summer and then after the summer when all their help leave...and most places, when hiring for summer, actually look for people who will stay year round...things you might rather like to do will probably start opening up around march or april if you catch them early...and fyi, the old navy here in charleston starts you out at 7.50, i don't know if all of them do that, but it's worth checking into :)
