I bought an mp4 player today. Nothing special; just one of the cheap finds at CD-R King. I've been wanting a player for songs and videos for so long, but I couldn't afford an iPod. So I settled for what I could get.
So I wait all afternoon and all evening for my older sister to finish her work on the PC. Now it's 11 pm, and I finally get the computer to myself. Now I shall fill my player with songs!, I think to myself.
But no!
The PC can't read the device.
Let's check the CD-R King website then! I look in the downloads section for a driver for my player. Maybe that's what I need. I go to the mp4 section and look for a driver for model SB-369.
There is no driver for SB-369.
In fact, the only info I can find on my model is in the products section. Which only offers specs and pictures of the product. Those things are of no use at all to me right now.

This is incredibly shallow and self-centered of me, but I'm really, really, frustrated.
All I want to do is call tech support right away but I can't, because it's past 11 pm and it's a Sunday. EAAAARGH I must wait for tomorrow.
