The excitement of a new years eve trip is constantly being overshadowed by the drama that goes along with organizing 7 girls in hopes of finding a common interest in going to one place and having each of these 7 girl be equally happy with the said location that is chosen. In retrospect the previous sentence, if it even is a sentence, makes no sense.
So here is the problem. 7 girls, 7 different opinions, 7 different budgets. These three things makes it almost near impossible for everyone to agree on a place to go. Then there is the fact that a decision needs to be made asap in order to get a reservation. New Orleans or D.C. That's what we have to go off now and I really don't care either way. If one person decides not to go I am totally pushing for D.C. I'd feel more comfortable.
I think, after the lovely OU/Texas weekend, i'm beginning to understand the need for testosterone in a trip of this magnitude.
One of the problems i having with organizing this trip, and this is a problem i have imposed upon myself, is the 7 different people that are going. Initally, i thought, WOW! it would be fun if all of us got together for one last Hurrah! before everybody goest their seperate ways...but ....No!
What would be great, would be if the three of us, Lindsay, Rachael and Myself went on a nice little trip. A nice drama free trip. I think decisions would be made so much easier. Of course, i am just stating the obvious now.
