All attempts to adjust the weekends this week didn't work.  I guess it's not a super great planning on my part with a holiday weekend coming up. Having a little kid turn off his DS when he sees you is probably one of the most flatteringly touching things that has happened to me in recent days.

The puppety company that I'm involved in (Flutterby Puppets) is branching out and creating a kids party version of it's current work, something that one company member could host for anywhere from 30min-1hr30min at a lower rate (as compared to the regular shows which are more expensive)  in order to cover some of the many calls that they've been ( Read more... )

Got an E-mail from the PROVOST's office on the 9th.  The petition got denied as I expected. There's a list of reasons why, and depending on my mood when I'm not tired I might write a letter back.  Some of the things are area's that need fixing. I cleaned house and rearranged my room.  The thing looks spiffy. With a couch and TV area and desk area and still enough room to roll around on the floor when the moment calls for it. Very cool.  Took a break in the middle and sat in the pool for an hour talking to Bryan.  Mde plans to see him on Friday.
