I've been looking for granola recipies.. well I'm planning on it.  Stumbled on this one on a vegan site and will probably try it ast some point.  I've been finding that chunks of granola  or granola type trail mixes are great school time treats and keep the hunger at bay during class.

I just made Kale chips about 20 minutes ago.  Kale what? you might ask.  Kale Chips, friend!  When baked this bitter green veggie becomes surprisingly crips and crunchy.  Think eating the new Sun Chips bag, and you're just about right.  A loud crunch that is surprisingly satisfying.  This coupled with the relativly tasty-ness grants a pleasnt ( Read more... )
