Baja Fresh has just made my list of "Never the Fuck Again" got some food there last night with Lisa, Jared, and Caitlin, the Burrito Mexicano with Pork in it. I thought it was tastey, but for some reason I kept useing the salsas that I greabbed. I'm not a salsa person. I don't like it normally, and generally feel that the food should stand on it's own without the needed extra spices to be applied at a table. But the food was kind of lacking in flavor/moistness so I used the Mango salsa to liven it up. I'm assumeing that the issue came from the pork and not the salsa, because if it was the salsa Jared would also be sick. I know that Caitlin's burrito had chicken in it, and I don't know what Lisa had aside from a taco and some soup.
I hate throwing up. It's the worst feeling ever. There's never been a point in my life that I stopped what i was doing and thought, "You know I'd rather be throwing up right now." Not a once have I wished that on myself or anyone else. It's just not pleasant. It's also a huge part of the reason why I hate bodily function jokes. First off they're not funny, and secondly most of the situations can be rather painful.
So now I'm sitting in the bonus room where I spent the night, staring at the pool table and lounging because I'm not quite at the point where I can sit up yet. I can't even stand for long periods of time either. Chamomile tea and saltines are my only friends. That's probably one of the only amazing thing about being sick, never can such a bland cracker taste as good as saltines do when your recovering from illness. The only time I eat them is when I'm sick, though they are rather delicious in soups, especially tomato.
