Sister update...
Well the news is better and not-so-better. Currently, she's speaking, moving, coherent, and in Brooks to rehabilitate.
Her heart is damaged and at about 3/4 capacity. Substance abuse has lead to the damage. They put in a stint and a pacemaker and she's a candidate for a transplant.
For now, she's out of the woods, but a drastic life change is necessary for any real health improvement.
Thanks to everyone for their well-wishes, and I'll post again when I know more.
