This tutorial was requested by britland.

It is made for Photoshop, but I played a bit with it and you should be able to use it in PS Elements / Gimp / PSP with some minor adjustments (it comes close to the one made in Photoshop). So the first cut is for Photoshop and the second is for PS Elements / GIMP / PSP users.
