Vinyl is such a hard beast to get onto computer. Especially considering my turntable is so far from my computer. I've got a two meter line-in cable and it shuddiest up the sound quite some and also distorts it horribly when you try to record at a reasonable volume ( Read more... )

Just had an unusual e-mail. From the Bloc Party mailing list it was unusual for two reasons. Firstly, because it was about The Rakes. Maybe an admin mix up, maybe the Blocs really like The Rakes.
