Random moment of Fandom invading real life
I was talking to a colleague today, telling him about a customer I was fobbing off on him because it's his departments problem. He'd actually already told this customer we couldn't help them and tried to get rid of them, so when I mentioned the customers name his response was.

I sat there for a few moments completely gob smacked before bursting out laughing.
In our mutual befuddlement we finally worked out that I couldn't believe he made a BSG reference and he couldn't believe I got the BSG reference.
We then proceeded to squee in general over the show.
In other work related news I really like the new manager, she actually gets things done.
