Welp... I graduated!

I know it's just an eighth-grade thing, but it was a big eighth-grade thing for me. I don't know. Anyway, I was pretty nervous to give my speech, because there were so many people there and everything. My mom said I turned white. Like I'm not always white anyway! But I did a good job on my speech, or so I think. That means that I didn't trip on the way up or the way down, talked slow and loud enough, and enunciated what I wanted to. I was so happy. And then Dad happened. He was in such a bad mood and he was yelling at my mother and my brothers and I just couldn't take it. I started crying. Yes, it was sort of foolish, but I was already so full with other emotions that it just came out. It was ironic, though, because everyone thought that I was crying because I was going to miss my school and the people who go to it. Well, I am. But that wasn't the major part of my emotions. Oh, no. And when my dad asked me if I was crying because I was leaving I said no. He asked me if I was crying because he yelled at my mom for being an 'idiot' and I burst out crying even more. I was so embarrassed. And... now whenever I think of my eighth grade graduation I'll think of this? I don't want it, it stained the whole amazing evening. God, I am so disappointed! But at least the actual graduation went well.

Afterwards we went out to eat, even though I had already had dinner. Yum. I had cream of broccoli soup and a strawberry-bananna smoothie, which must be my favorite food. Esepcially from the place we ate: they have the very best smoothies. I need the recipe;) Then we went home and I read a few chapters out of my book and then went to bed, since it was midnight. And now summer break has officially started. Whoo-hoo.[Not] I know I wanted it to start, but I really want it to go away now. I'll be so bored and the Europe trip is coming up so soon, and I am just... wishing for school to start any minute. LoL. But I don't want to go to high school, oh no, siree bobs. LoL. Not a chance. But, if you want to know, here are my summer break goals:

1.) Read a lot.

2.) Write a lot.

3.) Start an art portfolio and start doing hands-on art (Not just webdesign!) a lot.

4.) Keep studying, at least a half-hour each day, whenever possible.

Yes, I know, I am a huge dork, I want to go back to school and since I can't I want to study?!? Haha, yes I think I do need help;) Ah, well. I am going to go do something... other than this. Don't you love how often I am updating this?
