I just returned from the Esalen Institute. I was undertaking a 5 day workshop in Qigong. This place is amazing! It is in the forest on cliffs by the ocean. It is also on natural hot springs and they have built tubs right on the cliffs next to the ocean. It is amazing ( Read more... )
