I'm kind of over Supernatural. I think it's been a long time coming for me. For the past few years, if you asked me what my favourite [currently airing] TV show was, I would have said that it was Supernatural, hands down. But I don't feel that way anymore. Not even close ( Read more... )

I'm rather annoyed that this and the last season seem ripped off wholesale from Hellblazer. If I wanted to watch an adaptation of that, there's Constantine.

I can see Sam being happier alone, but not Dean. Mainly because it seems like he's never been alone - he was always with John and/or Sam.

And I want to gobble up Criminal Minds. I have an inappropriate love of Foyet, mostly because of his being insanely intelligent.

p.s - I just have to get this out too. I miss the urban legends, family business, pranks/jokes, brotherly bonding, brotherly fighting(the simple kind), flings with girls on their travels, all of the cool references to other cool things, and most of all the CLASSIC ROCK whilst cruising on long stretches of empty highway (as sarkastic mentioned above tehe). Now it's all apocalypse this, demon that.

BAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW :'(

I miss the boys angsting over John. I miss them hunting all the urban legends. Basically I miss the "saving people, hunting things, the family business" part of the show that's clearly not there anymore.

This. So much.
I've been having this exact sort of talk with my manager for the past two seasons of the show. We both agree that we loved it the most when the boys were actually going from state to state and saving people from various creatures. I don't care about Lucifer and angels and whatnot, honestly. I cared about them facing off against a Wendigo or dealing with the YED and clinging to whatever hint at their dad's whereabouts that they could.
I care so much more about "I hope your apple pie is fricken worth it!"!Dean than the Dean we have now. *sigh*

But whatever. Criminal Minds has been consistently excellent since forever so I'm happy just sticking to that.
