Last week, I got an error when turning on my netbook, saying that there was an imminent HDD failure. I called HP costumer support and they will replace the HDD. Since it hasn't been a year since I bought it, the guaranty covers it and it will cost me nothing. To be honest, I was expecting a bit more. Maybe a little story? It's not like their vids have the most profound and complicated concepts out there, but a little story wouldn't hurt.
