I have been thinking of setting up a clinic for those who are sick and injured. [And since there are apparently no active Templars around here, it's safe to announce that:]

I already found a sizable empty building for it in the market area.

[Azi is always delighted to see people doing Good Work. A little extra credit with Upstairs never hurt, and he does enjoy helping these things along]

Is there anything I could do to help?

[Now that's a first. He didn't think there'd be people offering assistance. Darktown could've used more people like that.]

That's very kind of you. Are you a healer or herbalist?

[It's a bit risky, but the whole thing about different worlds does give him a bit of leeway. And if things don't work out, he can always just change Ander's memory of things]

You could say that, yes. Are you a doctor?

[And Justice can come in and punch him in the face. omg that would be the coolest vs match ever. HEAVEN OR HELLLL]

I know that doctor could mean several things in some worlds. I'm a healer, a mage. [Hrm. Maybe he should've said this in the initial post.] I do what I can with herbs and salves, but I also use magic.

I'm surprised you haven't already set up a clinic, Anders. You were so devoted to your Darktown clinic - it was quite inspiring.

I'm not a healer and I don't know any healing spells, but if you need any general help, I'm more than willing. Maker knows I need to get out of this house and away from Carver for a while. He's becoming a little overbearing after recent events...

{text} Aren't I so nice? anormalwish May 15 2011, 21:07:41 UTC
That and in general.

I can definitely blame you for threatening to throw any man who talks to me into a River of Fire.

So am I. You'd think I would after the first time one of your brother's got injured.

Your offer to help is greatly appreciated. If you like, I could teach you healing spells. Carver? Overbearing? No.

Not a bad idea. We've been needing something like that for awhile now. Let me know if you need a hand down there.

And unlike some of the ones run by the...undead here, payment isn't required.

[All of these offers of help omg you are all so nice it makes Justice proud ;w;/] Thank you. I will.

I've been keeping a few medical supplies on hand at the Roadhouse when things tend to go sideways around here. Might not be a bad idea for people to at least learn a few basic patch jobs.

Teaching people to learn how to put on bandages is a great start.

Where and what is the Roadhouse? I don't believe I've been there.

Is there alternative medicines available for those who do not like doctors?

I'm sorry, what do you mean?

I mean what sort of help do you provide? In my world there is no such thing as magic or healing spells so our doctors' healing abilities lie in whether they can open a person and work within their body then sow them up. I was wondering what types of healing the clinic you are opening provides. Practical or magical?

I'm a mage, so naturally, I use magic to help my patients. I read a little bit of how doctors from non-magical worlds [that sounds so weird in his mind] help other people but my experience is mostly with magic and herbs.

I hope you don't have a problem with that, at least.
