[Desmond's bar, 'The Bureau' is also located in the marketplace.
It's in a three stories building, located on the first floor, and pretty much looks like an Irish Pub. On both sides of the bar, there are more private booth area for people wanting a more intimate feel and wooden tables and chairs in the middle. At the far back, on the left there's a pool table and on the right a small area where people can dance if they want. The pub serves no food, but has a large selection of brews and whiskeys.
For this special night, the pub has been lightly decorated with candles and pumpkins and other things Desmond had been able to find that are reminiscent of Halloween. Unknown to him, the door has been 'enchanted' to force anyone coming in without a costume into one. The range of the costumes chosen is wide and it goes from your regular white sheet ghost one to the most elaborated Renaissance gown, and they are as child-safe as only for adult as any other. Really, it seems to be selected at random.
There's music playing in the bar, not loud enough to cover conversation but still it can be danced to, and Desmond stands behind the bar dressed as a cowboy, having fallen prey to the door when he unlocked it to let people in.]
[There you go! Feel free to mingle and put up you own thread if you want! Underaged characters are allowed as long as they don't drink any alcohol (Desmond has some morals apparently XD). Threadhopping is MORE than welcomed!]
